Holy Crap! My Crap's On TV!

Have you been watching a show on TV and seen something you own? That moment of shock hits you then all of a sudden it washes over you - "I have that! That's my crap! OMG! No one will ever believe this!"

Well, back up that DVR, hit pause, and snap a pic because now you can showcase your proof!

My parents had this whole bedset at one time. All that remains are a few of the throw pillows. Thank you, Hoarders! Now I’d better give these back to my mom, lest I end up on this show!

This interesting torch-bearer was found on GCB. Yes, I know it’s not an exact match for the statues in the show, but a vote was taken and it seems in this case “Holy Crap! The Style Of My Crap’s On TV!” Seemed to count in this case. Thank you to my daughter Una for modeling in this picture. *Mwah*

TLCs My Crazy Obsession - These old people were cuckoo for Cabbage Patch Kids. Their friends came over and the lady is wearing a pin that I have had since I was a little little kid. My pin has a date of 1983 on the back. It took some digging in some storage boxes to find this pin, but I have had this episode marked as “Keep” so I could get this picture!Phytage cabbage patch pin

I admit. This is kind of a cheat.

This Breakout Kings tissue box is one of Kleenex’s new spring line for Target. Chances are many of you have it couch-side as well. But, let’s face it. This is not an easy blog to update. I do have some upcoming surprises, it’s just synching the episode with my dragging the item to the TV that’s slowing me down.

So, please enjoy this tissue box until then, and if you have one as well, upload a pic! The scene is from the episode “Round Two”.

While looking for an episode that has another item we own, I discovered this lamp on Hoarding: Buried Alive! So exciting!

It’s a small one, but this book from Hoarders was an awesome catch!

Thank you, Phytage! This is a great contribution! Keep ‘em coming :)

Our Modern Family tea kettle! This is the episode that featured Phil Hendrie! I may re-take the picture at some point with Brian or myself in it as well, but I was alone and wanted to get it up here :)

Don’t forget, if you see something you own on TV, just pause the show (or movie or what have you) and snap a pic! Have someone holding your same item in front of the paused screen and send the photo in to us with a brief description.

You’d be surprised how many things you own are in shows, movies, and commercials. I was!

Breaking Bad drinking glass! This is the tall companion to the shorter glass that was featured on SOLVED! - one of my very first entries.

The Big Bang Theory gives us another piece of crap we own! The fabulous Motorola walkie-talkie! We also used these yellow monstrosities on a road trip, just like the BBT gang. By the by, my mom thinks I’m most like Leonard. I’m not. I’m really much taller and have no penis.

Something funky happened with the last post and it went up three times. Oops! Sorry for the confusion, if there was indeed, any :)

I don’t watch Fox News usually, but when I do, darn if I don’t find some crap my family owns! My parents’ Red Eye glass.

May I recommend these onion goggles, worn by Alexis, the lovely daughter of Castle! Season one, episode 3. They really do work ;-)
